SET YOUR INTENTION 

Striving to be the best we can in life, in relationships, at work, once in a while we have to re-charge our batteries, reset, reassess.
We look for ways to unwind and to strengthen the body, to stretch tight muscles and to improve athletic and daily performance, to help deal with an aging body or a life transition, and last but not least - to bring peace into our minds and to find joy in our hearts.

Nadya's dynamic, breath centered Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes and Core Flow (Yoga and Pilates Fusion), as well as Gentle Therapeutic Yoga are inspired by her training in Ashtanga and in Hatha Yoga, and infused by her studies of Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda.  Seamless, creative posture sequencing, clear guidance and plenty of modifications create a fun, safe and supportive environment for beginners, as well as advancing and seasoned Yogis to fully engage in a mindful, and progressively challenging Yoga practice.

Yoga became my sanctuary 15 years ago, when I sought inner peace in the aftermath of September 11th, and needed to unwind and build strength after long hours of sitting at my desk on Wall Street. A teacher read the quote above in a Yoga class, and it really resonated.

Since then, and especially now - a mom of four - I live by these words. My philosophy is that anyone, no matter what age or ability your are, can learn to use Yoga to help navigate the currents of daily life with strength in your body, peace in your mind, and joy in your heart.

I look forward to learning more about you and helping you find your strength and inner peace with Yoga!
